Farmstead Gouda made in New Hamburg, Ontario. Mountainoak 3-Year is the oldest of their signature Goudas, with a hard, flakey paste and some mineral crystal crunch. Rich and complex with flavours of butterscotch and hazelnut. The Grand Campion at the  2017 British Empire Cheese Competition. Once you taste it, you will have  to come back for more!
