Shipping

Contactless delivery is currently offered 3 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday), with a minimum $50 purchase.  Orders placed before 4pm the day before to qualify for delivery. Should you require bread on your order, a 48-hour window is mandatory. 
Deliveries within 4km are $15.00 + HST.  Each additional kilometre (up to 7km) incurs a $1 (+HST) surcharge. Please contact us at online@unboxedmarket.com if you would like to have something delivered a greater distance or to receive a quote on shipping. 

We cannot ship perishable items outside of our local delivery zone. 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1263 Dundas St W, Toronto, ON, M6J1X6, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping/delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping/delivery may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
