Matured between 20 and 25 days and made of pasteurized milk, this soft cheese with mixed crust is similar to Reblochon, a French cheese, in its taste and texture. Under its yellow-orange crust covered with a thin white foam is a creamy white paste with a persistent hazelnut taste.
