Lucky Iron Leaf | Lucky Iron Life

The Lucky Iron Leaf works exactly like the Lucky Iron Fish! It is a simple cooking tool that is designed to add a significant portion of your daily required iron intake when added to any boiling liquids for 10 minutes.

Simply add it to boiling water or any liquid-based meal (such as soups, stews, rice, etc.) and 10 minutes later, you now have iron-fortified water or food!

Lucky Iron Life products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Carefully read all product materials before use, and ask your healthcare provider if this product is right for you. Iron taken in excess can be harmful to both adults and children.
