Crowdie is Golspie Dairy’s fresh cheese that they make using the whole milk from their family farm. It is similar to a cream cheese, but more easily spreadable with very smooth texture. It is excellent on a bagel, or it can be used in place of cream cheese or sour cream in your favourite recipes.
