A rich and regal mountain style cheese from Ste-Elizabeth-de-Warwick, Quebec. The milk comes from the family farm, and the cheese is aged in the converted village church. The flavours are fruity, nutty and complex. This is the 18-month Grand Reserve, which has more developed and complex flavours.
