The select wheels of the Alfred Le Fermier Grand Cru are aged from 20 to 36 months in a ripening room. This exceptional organic farmstead cheese abounds in complex aromas of sweet fruits, honey and woodsy notes. 

This cheese proudly carries the name of the family’s great grandfather, Alfred Bolduc. Alfred le Fermier  symbolizes a family tradition whose mission is to cultivate the land, live from it and pass it down to future generations better condition.
