This box-shaped soft cheese has a mould rind. This specialty matures slowly, so its flavour is smooth and very creamy. Thanks to the ultra filtration technology, the Lingot d’Argentalhas a very soft paste and offers consistent quality. When it has reached the right degree of maturity, it can be easily spread.
