Beemster XO
Revered for its rich flavors of butterscotch, whiskey, and pecan, Beemster XO has a deep ocher interior and a firm, crumbly texture. True to the characteristics of Beemster’s unique milk, this cheese retains a creamy mouthfeel, even though it's aged for more than 2 years. It’s also studded with crunchy, mouthwatering crystals that surprise the palate. Whether for a special occasion or your own special treat, Beemster XO is a coveted favourite.
Vlaskaas
Historically made only once a year, during the flax harvest festival, but as festival traditions fell away, the recipe was buried. Thankfully, in 2004, a review of Beemster’s past cheeses led to its rediscovery. Vlaskaas was obviously too good to make just once a year and is now available year-round. It’s buttery and semi-soft with unique sweet-milk flavour, notes of almond, and a touch of sharpness that adds depth.
Graskaas
Beemster uses their cows' first spring milk to make this limited-edition cheese, and it’s always the creamiest cheese of the year.

Goat
Beemster Goat is not a soft, fresh chevre. Instead, this is a semi-firm, aged Goat Gouda. Mild, sweet & refreshing.
