These olives are grown in Sicily, where the ancient temples of Selinunte protect olive groves for over 2,600 years.  They are hand-picked before they are ripe so that the pulp is crunchy and the fruits have a bright green colour with a firm flesh and a sweet and delicate tate.

Uses: perfect as a snack or with cheese and cold cut platters. Delicious in salads. Use to add flavour to fish and white meat recipes or vegetable side dishes of the Sicilian culinary tradition.
