An organic pinot noir cuvée from 8 parcels located in the commune of Mellecey.
All the plots of the winery are organically farmed since 2009. From January 2013 the winery is certified in organic farming. The organic culture does not allow any chemical treatment of the vine. All the soils are worked to limit natural weed growth (no herbicides used since 2009)

Taste
A powerful, tannic and fruity wine which can be drunk within 5 years.
Vinification
Manual harvest in small boxes of 10 kg. Sorting on a vibrating table in the winery. No addition of Sulfites on the harvest. Fermentation starts directly by inoculation with neutral yeasts in the vat. Vatting time of 3 weeks, without punching down, only pumping over. The press wine was only partially incorporated into the cuvée.
