A modern French sheep milk cheese, with a smooth, light and airy texture. The rind is coloured bright orange with annatto, is soft and bloomy, and there is a subtle lanolin flavour typical of sheep’s milk cheese, balanced by a lactic aroma. Made in Lyon, France.
