Prince La Fontaine is one of France’s outstanding triple-crème cheeses. It has a mild, creamy outer layer and a slightly cake-like center. Made with pasteurized cow's milk.  A rich and smooth triple cream with a soft, blooming rind. The paste is firm but buttery, with a lovely slightly tart flavour of crème fraîche.
