Beppino Occelli has created an original and new cheese. A few forms, carefully selected, are matured for a long time and then refined in malted barley and whisky. This results in a unique cheese with an intense and complex aroma. The whisky pairs nicely with the flavour of the malted barley, so much so that it is recommended to taste it with the same distillate.
