Since 1905, the Fabbri family has preserved cherries in syrup following the original recipe passed down by the founder of the company, Gennaro Fabbri. Now in its fourth generation, Fabbri continues to produce this delectable treat using traditional copper pots near Bologna, Italy, the largest city in the region of Emilia-Romagna. Luscious and sweet, these strawberries are carefully picked at their peak ripeness before they are preserved in syrup and placed into a beautiful glass jar.
