A soft-ripened cheese made from a blend of sheep's, cow's and goat's milk. With a soft and very light texture enclosed in a soft and creamy rind, this cheese, obtained through the long maturation of the 3 milks that gives rise to a delicate hand-processed curd, is characterized by its great sweetness, with sensations of butter and cream, accompanied by acidic notes and yeast aromas.
