Made at the Fruitière du Saugeais in the hills around Morteau, the Grand Cru Jurassic is a hard raw-milk cheese from the Jura region, and available at different levels of ripening. The version ripened for 10-12 months stands out for its softer and more meltable texture and a balanced taste that is more refined and fruitier with stronger notes of roasted flavour. A perfect cheese for gourmets and lovers of authentic cheeses.
